Optimum temperature is of utmost importance in the drying of the prepared screen.

The drying of prepared screen i.e. cleaned, coated or exposed should be done in GLOWDRY - A screen drying cabinet at the temperature less than 40ºC. At temperature higher than this you run risk of rupturing or torn off high tensioned fine mesh.

The expansion rate of aluminium frame and polyester mesh vary substantially, and this difference may cause rupturing off screen mesh during or right after the drying process. Drying at low temperature has one major advantage, it prevents premature crosslinking off coated emulsion.
